The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. I do not recommend it, but the second one I bought works without any issues; the first one was faulty, probably I got a defective one, but I still highly recommend it.
Cool massager. Very strong grip. The handles heat up slightly, but you don't feel it during the massage. As someone who doesn't like massages, I quite enjoyed it.
It’s a little intense for a bigger guy such as myself. I imagine someone just slightly smaller neck it would be perfect. Even so I gotta give it 5 stars it stays in place, it does everything I’d hope for. Just wish there was a way to adjust pressure a little bit. I think it’s only cause I’m a larger person.

If you can get past the creepy looking toe/fingers and try it, you will be surprised. I barely got past the look of this thing but my curiosity got the best of me and I’m telling you it actually works! It gets in there! I had to put it on a softer mode at first (if its too high on my neck it actually hurts) just to get the placement right but once I got used to it I moved up to the stronger setting. I work from home and am in front of a computer for most of the day so my neck takes a beating. This is just what I need on days when my neck was feeling out of control stiff and hurting. The best part for me is that you can put it on your neck and strap it down (the strap is a nice size and adjustable) around your waist (or wherever), and it does not fall off. So I use it when I’m sitting at my desk or sitting watching tv at night.
I just think this unit would work best for a larger individual that has a little more meat on their bones. It’s sturdy and works great. It charged very fast. You can tell a lot of thought went into designing it but at my size it’s uncomfortable and hurts to use it so I will be returning this.

I love it, it's not the first time I've bought it, it's a fantastic product. I suffer a lot from neck pain, which makes my head spin and causes migraines, but with this device I can control it. It relieves a lot, the only thing is that it's not suitable for very wide necks; if you have a wider neck, it could cause damage. Apart from that, I found no faults with it, I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍😉😉😉
I really like this neck massager overall and it does a great job working out tight spots in my neck and shoulders. The pressure feels strong and the heat feature is a nice bonus when my muscles are really tense. It’s also convenient that it’s cordless and portable. The reason I removed a star is because it doesn’t come with a remote. Once it’s positioned behind your head and around your neck, it’s honestly pretty awkward to reach the buttons and adjust the settings. I find myself wishing I could easily change the speed or direction without having to pull it forward or take it off. If it had a remote, this would easily be a 5-star product. Still a solid massager, just not the easiest to control while you’re actually using it.
I love this so much. So worth the price. The heat adds a phenomenal touch to a “real hand” feeling massage. You can use it anywhere! I like to hug it against either side of my waist, or out it behind my shoulder blades and lean back on it
