Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
